Few things that we should change...

There is many things that make server unable gain players!

First of all better without 1st class change quest..
2nd its better with like 3x more adena rate then now, since i cudnt even afford worst no grade at 13 lvl!
3rd imo the server buff's should be atleast 1 hour.

SO WHAT I PREFER IS!

* Exp x25
* SP x30
* Adena x20 < 60x
* Drop x15 < Atleast 30x
* Spoil x15 (drop chance) < 20x and 3x quatify
* Drop Raid Boss x8 > 5x
* Drop quest x10 < 20x
* Quest reward x3 < 20x

* MP Regeneration x5 < 10x
* buff duration x1 < 10x
* dances/songs duration x1 < 20x

* Enchant Safe +4 < +3 RETAIL!
* Enchant Max +25 < No limit!
* Enchant Rate 75% <

Full buffer up to 85! Or no buffer at all! And no AIO Donates.

It smells PvP, I strongly advise you to join www.infogatel2.gr x4000. Very Quality server. Players' Average Age: 8

BTW: H2O is a Non - Donation Server. And that is how it is going to remain.

I bet that you don't Raid too much.. I would change that, but I am pretty sure when you call your friends or join a clan you will come back informing me that "RB Drop rate sucks!".

To close with, I am not looking for players in that way. Quality > Numbers, and once I don't EARN from this Server, I demand an interesting population. It would be quite boring being observer of a stupid non-sense PvP Server. I don't want the Players who need Full Buffers in towns, ill-using the Gameplay and automatically turn buffers into useless classes. I want players who call the running gameplay "EASY AS HELL". If I was playing I'd be one of them.

And tbh, I already receive Petitions/PMs asking me to remove Noblesse Q Item from GMshop. I loved the names who asked me to roll this insanely easy gameplay to something harder.. But I won't do that, because it'd be unfair for all new players. And of course I am NOT planning to make it easier in any way either!

You can do it by yourself, by focusing a bit more, calling friends and being ALWAYS in a party achieving the x2 PT XP I offer to you. Thank you for posting your opinion!

Adena drop imo is Ok sp also but Drop, Rb Drop, Q reward and drop Q is little to low. Its not equal to exp/adena. Ppl wear c/b grades in 81+lvl and community is small a bit. There is no market/ppl selling/trade items.

..opinions differ. And that is the reason why I will let H2O rates as they are.

P.S: You know that one guy has Dragonic Leather Armor, and another guy shoots arrows with Draconic bow? Both drop/rb.
